Treatment is personalized. A comprehensive examination is performed, and if necessary, imaging methods such as MRI or panoramic X-rays are used. For mild cases, a night splint, muscle relaxation exercises, and stress management are recommended. For moderate and severe cases, Botox injections, intra-articular injections (such as hyaluronic acid or PRP), physiotherapy, or, rarely, surgery may be necessary. The goal is to prevent overstressing the joint and allow it to return to normal function.
